In the latest move for political correctness and complete madness, a nonprofit group called Gendered Intelligence has instructed teachers at the GSA (Girls’ School Association) summer briefing, to avoid this inappropriate and obviously offensive trigger word.  “Girls” will now be referred to as “pupils,” because according to Gendered Intelligence, girls aren’t girls if they think they might not be … girls. And assuming that girls attending an all girls school might be girls by calling them girls makes you an insensitive bigot.  Obviously.

The official statement from the GSA read as follows:

The crux of the matter is that schools have a duty of care to all pupils, including those who decide to transition. Language is one part of this complex pastoral issue and GSA schools, which have a long history of excellence in pastoral care, are at the forefront of showing best practice in including transgender pupils.  For the avoidance of doubt, we believe that using certain terminology – such as ‘pupils’ or ‘students’ rather than ‘girls’ – is appropriate in certain circumstances, and particularly when transgender pupils are present. It is up to individual schools to interpret and apply this advice when appropriate.

Schools in the UK have been taking great strides away from reality and into their fantasy land of political correctness and social justice-ville, where instead of helping people’s mental health issues, they embrace them with open, non-gender-conforming, pansexual, foxkin arms.  Instead of science class, they will probably replace such a triggering, bigoted class with Unicorn Gender Studies 101, or the more popular class: How To Raise A Confused Suicidal Child 101.
